VariMax II is the largest Eyepiece Projection adapter in production.. anywhere. It can hold 2" Eyepieces with an Upper Body Diameter of up to 2.8" and an Upper Body Height of 4.8". This unit (without T-Rings, Eyepiece or Camera) weighs in at almost 20 oz so it is not designed for smaller scopes. For smaller scopes see our 1.25" VariMax listing. Please note that certain telescope types may require additional hardware to reach focus. For example Reflectors typically require the use of a Barlow Lens and Refractors require an Extension Tube.
